Our COVID-19 Safety Protocols
All our staff members have been fully vaccinated at this point. However, we will still be wearing masks when working closely with clients and will keep up the partitions between salon chairs for the time being. We are not requiring clients to wear masks in the salon, but if you wish to do so that is certainly fine as well. We thank you for all your patience and understanding as we keep our staff and guests safe!
Before You Arrive
- Please remember to be on time for your appointment, preferably 10 minutes early. We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, so please see our Cancellation Policy below if you need to reschedule or cannot make your appointment.
- Gratuities are only accepted in the form of cash.
- There is both metered and hourly (FREE!) parking on the street available near our salon. Please note that Old Town (and King Street in particular) is home to many weekend events and festivals. On these days parking is at a premium and traffic getting into Old Town can be difficult, so be sure to leave ample time to make it to us.
Cancellation Policy
We value our clients as well as our wonderful service providers, so we kindly request 24-hour notice for cancellation on weekdays and 48 hours for all weekend appointments. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge for the appointment.
